By purchasing any product from this site you are agreeing to the following. Inverted Pursuits Lab / Lab Rat Rocketry is not liable for any damages to property or persons caused by product after point of sale. It is up to users to appropriately handle and operate product in a safe and secure manner.

Product Disclaimer and Limit of Liability: Because the use and application of this equipment are beyond our control, the purchaser or user agrees to hold harmless Inverted Pursuits Lab / Lab Rat Rocketry and all other business, organizations and affiliates of Inverted Pursuits Lab / Lab Rat Rocketry including its owner(s) or associated individuals from all claims, demands, actions, debts, liabilities, judgments, costs, and attorney fees arising out of, claimed on account of, or in any manner predicated upon loss or damage to property of, or injuries to or the death of any and all persons arising out of the use this equipment. Due to the nature of rocketry and varied flight conditions failure can never be ruled out.  It is the responsibility of the purchaser or user of this equipment to properly test and simulate the actual conditions under which the device is intended to be used to ensure the highest degree of reliability and success.

REFUNDS/REPLACEMENTS
Refunds: Customers may request a refund if they recieve a damaged or defective product out of the packaging and an agreement on replacement cannot be reached. In this instance we will request the product(s) be returned to us. We will send you a shipping label via email and the refund will be processed once the product(s) have been recieved and inspected. 
Refunds will not be considered for products that have been flown or used in deployment testing. 
The amount refunded will be only the value of the product(s) being returned.

Replacements: If a product fails in a way that can not be traced back to a flier error, IPL will replace the failed part free of charge.
